		<description>I think this is just the beginning. Washington should take the next logical step of allowing the privatization of the subsidy process.  

Individual subsidy accounts could be set up for each household, which would allow hard-working Americans to decide how much of a subsidy they are entitled to, and how and when that subsidy should be repaid. 

As an added bonus, what better way to get Wall Street back on its feet than to create an entirely new sector of fund managers in an emerging subsidy economy?</description>
