Abortions Excluded from Texas Abortion Ban if Donald Trump is the Father

Dallas (TheSkunk.org) — Republicans lawmakers today voted to exclude from their restrictive SB-8 legislation any abortion where Donald Trump is the father.

“We need to give latitude to Trump to impregnate women without accountability,” said Governor Greg Abbott in an interview on Fox News. “Without this exemption, Trump would be tied up in litigation for years.”
